Available from now upper part of our duplex apartment

Available from now. We rent out the UPper part of our duplex apartment, which comes with a privatebathroom and two rooms (connected to each other). The price is for both rooms (+private bathroom) and bills are included (deposit 1 month rent). The apartment is located in Bairro Alto, but not as noisy as one would expect. Grocery stores are just around the corner. 7 min walk to Cais de sodre, 7 min walk to metro baixachiado. The kitchen is on the lower part and will be shared with us. Me (30, m) and a friend of mine (25, f) are looking for sone nice and easy-going between 25-35year.
