10 min walk to Pr. Espanha, Cid. Universitária, Sete Rios metro stations, all services nearby,Parking outside, fully renovated apartment, lots of light, sound-proof windows (more pics by email). Room is unfurnished with a closet (possibility to be furnished) move in April 1st but can be earlier, expenses are 40-60 eurosmonth, no couples, no students. Guestsovernight stays allowed.
