Looking for a comfortable Room to stay while in Lisbon

Looking for a comfortable room to stay while in Lisbon i have a 3-bedroom apartment and I m looking for a new housemate, shortmid-term10min walking distance to the Jardim Zoológico metro station blue line, train station, and all kind of buses. We are looking for a good environment, clean and organized so we can work and rest. Each bedroom is individual and furnished with double bed, closet and drawers, desk and a work chair. Common areas include a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony.
