Nice confortable room in Parede

Center Parede, 2mts fr train station, 10mts walk to novauniver. in Carcavelos, near beach 5 mts walking, with lots of shops, rests etc. By train is 10mts to Cascais. I prefer international teacher or student male or female, but quiet and nice person. I speak several languages.
