My name is Catia, im 36 years old and portuguese. Im renting one room in my House from june on.Women preference. The House have 3 rooms but i live alone and i want to rent one of them. This is a cozy House with a beautiful terrace to a great view over Lisbon, and a little vegetable garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, one bathroom, 1 living room in a very sunny and fresh balcony to the terrace. The room to rent also have a window to the terrace. As i work with a lot of people (dance Business and sexual therapy) my House Really need to be quiet and in silence. Perfect for study.
