I will be gone in the summer, so i want to sublet my room between may 23-august 25. The flat is extremely well located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10min walk from 3 metro stations. Ground floor with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, small patio, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and a second small bathroom with a toilet. My bedroom has a window, a lock on the door, very large closet, cupboard, single bed, desk, and chairs. I will put my things in the top of the closet. 2 girls in the other rooms so i prefer to rent to a woman. No smoking. Email me in english or portuguese. I speak b1 portuguese.
