Renting one of the rooms in Lisbon

I live in a 6 bedroom apartment by myself with my dog. I really like company and that´s why i´mlooking to rent one of the rooms. There are two rooms available to choose but only one of them will be rent. Which one will depend on the person´s preferences. The big room also has a balcony which gives even more privacy and comfort. I have a fulltime job which means i´m away most of the day. You can feel free to enjoy the flat for yourselves and even bring some friends over. But no parties, i do value my sleep. =) the flat is in the heart of Anjos, 2 min from metro.
