Room in a fully renovated furnished apartment in the center

Me and three colleagues rented this beautiful apartment for the price of 1300€ includinginternetcable TV. For personal reason, i unfortunately have to leave the house in july. The person that will replace me will need to cover my share for this apartment which is 450€.
