Room in cozy house for student in the center of Lisbon

Im renting a room in my House located in "avenidas novas", a central area of the city. TheGulbenkian Park (probably the most beautiful Park in the city with oriental-inspired gardens, 2 Museums and free wifi everywhere) is 1 minute away and the São Sebastião subway station (blue red lines) is 5 min walking distance. The House is big and cozy with a good vibe and quiet environment. The rooms are not equipped but if needed ill buy whatever is necessary. Outside its nice and fancy with lots of restaurants and commerce. Immediate entrance!.
