Hello, family of 4 couple and 2 daughters looking to rent a room, furnished with wardrobe and double bed. You cant smoke and you have to like dogs, as we have 2 energetic chihuahuas. The House was recently renovated, is fully equipped, has air conditioning and electric shutters. The amount includes all expenses, net, electricity, water. The student will be responsible for keeping her room clean and tidy, with the aim of keeping her privacy.
