Alugo Quarto Moderno em T3 no Norte Shopping

I am renting one bedroom on a spacious T3 apartment, located nearby the norte Shopping, metrosenhora da Hora station, lidl. The apartment has two big balconies. The bedroom has access to a shared bathroom with another bedroom and the back balcony. The other person which you are going to share the bathroom is a 27 years old Brazilian man who is very clean. There is also another bathroom that can be used but doesnt have a shower. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are looking for sone who likes to Socialize and doesnt spend the whole day in his bedroom.
