Walking distance to supermarket, bus, taxi, banks, post, metro, beach, restaurants, bars, laundry and Shopping, ESAD, CIIMAR, and Matosinhos. No pets nor couples allowed. 2 rents in advance. Max. 6 months stay, renewable upon agreement.
