Im renting an apartment for 4 students (preferentially Erasmus, from the same School) for thefirst semester of next year (september, 2017 to february, 2018) located 50 meters away from the subway station of "marquês", directly connected with downtown and the University campus of "são João", with shops, post-office, etc. Near, 20 minutes walking distance from Aliados avenue (city center), on a quiet and high floor.
